Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

 

Here’s how it works:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To initiate a return, email us at heyaugustmoon@gmail.com with the subject "RETURN", and we’ll guide you through the process. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
